The driver who kiIIed a 9-month-old baby in NJ while driving without a license is an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Guatemala, DHS confirmed to us.
She was RELEASED into our country by the Biden admin in 2023. She received a FINAL ORDER OF REMOVAL just one month ago.
Maria CobonGuzman was driving while unlicensed when she hit a mother pushing a stroller in a grocery store parking lot, kiIIing the baby.
The young mother and her 5-year-old child were rushed to the hospital and are in stable condition.
The baby boy sadly did not make it.
CobonGuzman has NEVER BEEN LICENSED. Sheโs now facing manslaughter charges among other charges.
Another woman, Ariadna Lazaro-Flores, is also facing charges for allowing CobonGuzman to drive the car while knowing she didnโt have a license. DHS confirmed to us thatโs sheโs ALSO here illegally. She came here illegally in 2023 and is a Mexican national.

@DHSgov provided Border Hawk with immigration background on Carlos Alberto Garcia, a 22-year-old Guatemalan citizen who is currently in custody of the Cobb County Sheriff's Office (CCSO).
On the night of Aug. 4, Alberto Garcia was driving along a road in Marietta when he crossed the divider into oncoming traffic, local media reports.
His pickup truck reportedly collided head-on with a minivan carrying three people.
The driver of the van, identified as 37-year-old Kerby Pierre, was uninjured in the crash.
However, Kerby's wife, 41-year-old Keena Pierre, was killed.
Another passenger was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.
Alberto Garcia did not suffer any significant injuries and was taken into custody by CCSO.
He was charged with felony vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, driving without a valid license, failure to maintain lane, and failure to wear a seatbelt. He is being held without bond.
โOn August 8, ICE lodged a detainer again Carlos Alberto Garcia, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala," a DHS spokesperson told us.
"Garcia illegally entered the United States in July 2021 and was arrested by CBP. Under the Biden administration, he was RELEASED into the country, completely unvetted."
Keena Pierre, who lived in the Atlanta area, has been described by her friends and associates as a "Haitian-American community leader."
"Keena didnโt just share her talents; she shared herself. She poured into people, into our community, and into Haiti with that same passion and energy. Her presence, her gifts, and her commitment left an impact that will not be forgotten," stated the GA Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce earlier this month.
