it wouldn’t be a Google I/O without new models dropping
say hello Gemini 3.5 Flash: it delivers frontier performance for agents and coding, excelling at complex long-horizon tasks that deliver real-world utility
now available via the Gemini API in Google AI Studio
@VicVela1@HarrisonWind Nuggets started dying in 24. Kroenke needed to fire Booth after ‘24, & fire him alone. Instead Kroenke waits another year, we lose another year, & then he fires Booth AND Malone?! What?!! We finally get more bench & Adelman can’t coach. This falls on 1) Kroenke 2) Adelman
Mark Cuban just described the largest wealth transfer of the AI era.
Almost nobody understood what he said.
Cuban: “There are 33 million companies in this country. Aren’t going to have AI budgets. Aren’t going to have AI experts.”
Not tech startups.
The shoe store. The regional trucking outfit. The accounting firm with 12 employees.
The businesses that actually run the physical economy.
They know AI is coming. They have no idea what to do with it.
Cuban: “You’ve got the head of Microsoft saying software is dead because everything’s going to be customized to your unique utilization.”
Software is dead.
The SaaS era ran on one rule. Build a generic product. Force millions of companies to bend their workflows around it. Charge rent forever.
AI ends the contract.
The business stops bending to the software. The intelligence bends to the business.
But customized by whom.
The third-generation manufacturer cannot tell Claude from Gemini. The county hospital is staring at a reactor asking where the light switch is.
Cuban: “Who’s going to do it for them?”
That question is worth more than the frontier models themselves.
Hundreds of billions are being burned to build the foundation. The smartest engineers alive are locked in a bloodbath over who owns the base layer.
Let them fight.
Let them burn the capital. Let them drive the cost of raw intelligence toward zero.
Because the wealth does not collect where the brain is built.
It collects where the brain meets the business.
Every ambitious kid in college right now thinks survival means a seat at OpenAI or Anthropic.
Cuban is staring at the other 99 percent of the economy.
Learn the models. Then learn the messy, unglamorous reality of how a 50-person company actually operates.
Walk through the door. Understand their problems. Wire the intelligence directly into their revenue.
That is not a job title. That is an entire economic class being born.
You do not need to build the brain. You need to build the nervous system.
The biggest winners of the electricity era were not the engineers who built the generators. They were the ones who walked into dark factories and showed the owners where to plug in.
33 million companies are standing in the dark right now.
Silicon Valley is racing to build the god. The fortunes will belong to whoever teaches him a trade.
@Rasmic It’s coming. What is so shocking & disappointing is the sheer volume of the “NO! You can’t do UBI because people have to have purpose!!” - Can people in the US not have purpose in life w/out an income attached to it?! It’s so sad that THAT is the loudest disagreement against it.

Indiana currently has the No. 1 transfer portal class nationally in 2026 in BOTH football (left) and men’s basketball (right).
Sign of the times.
@BigBoyBison97@ShootyH00ps This is it. Ryan Carr is THE force multiplier here. His roster building knowledge is rock solid, and I have to assume his sales pitch is air tight.
IU basketball fans, let’s be clear… Ryan Carr, the new Executive Director is the real reason this is all happening with the portal and our roster building. (In addition to our very deep pockets) #iykyk#iubb#transferportal https://t.co/nfh9aYFeK1
I’m guessing most targets left on any lists were backups, like Rancik from CUBoulder, in case Sherrell didn’t sign. So it’s hard to know who they’re targeting now w/ less $$ available. That said, seems like maybe some more combo guard or wing help might be a final piece.
@chamath Yes! # 2 I’m building processes & agents to get structured operational context -> context graphs that will make the AI agents & knowledge/ data actually work. Agents fail/low impact w/o the following contexts: current state, relationship, policy, decision-trace & access-control
@OfficialLoganK@GoogleAIStudio@antigravity@DynamicWebPaige Yes I will do that tomorrow morning. I had actually asked Gemini for the steps to submit feedback / bugs and it gave me a few different paths. I’ll make sure to include you. Thank you for the attention and msg.
@NotebookLM Slide videos currently are more solid/better. Notebook LM has always felt solid. The cinematic videos felt less solid to be in Notebook LM, and now with this tweet, I am assuming you’ve just put it out there to gather user data and it was not a fully baked product yet.
@MM_MBB_TV Best way to ruin something that was perfect? Bring in that AI Old Ball during game breaks, to talk to the guys at the desk, because that’s EXACTLY what rabid basketball fans want to watch. We wouldn’t want true basketball analysis about the game we’re watching! 🤦👎
@NotebookLM I’m doing both corporate and individual trainings using NotebookLM. Having folders will be HUGE. Have it work like Drive seems to make the most logical sense. (names, folders in folders, sharing specific folders). G Ecosystem users won’t have to learn unique use/rules for N LM.
