@CregganDerry Political parties can buy copies of the electoral register and can tell if someone is registered. The only way they could tell if you haven’t voted is if one of their agents is listening for specific names, or checking at the door if people known to them actually turn up to vote.

@CregganDerry Yes, when you receive your ballot paper, your name is called by the presiding officer when they mark the register.
Official observers and polling agents are entitled to be present but are not allowed to remove written material from the polling place.
