@Airtel_Presence I have used your voice services; your data services were unavailable. Explain to me why are you charging me for a service that was not provided? If you provided me with data services, I should pay-why should I pay when I didn’t?

I WONT pay for a service I haven’t availed. I have used INR 800 worth of voice calling and that’s all I’m willing to pay. The data usage you have pointed out in my itemised bill is as a consequence of tethering someone’s internet because YOU were unable to provide the services
Even upon my return, my data services didn’t work. Took another 48 hours for it to be resolved. I disputed the bill and I’ve been given a waiver of INR 800. On what basis? Your customer care team is useless; and so is your billing team.
@Airtel_Presence I’ve reinserted the sim 50 times; changed network to manual 50 times; changed from 5G auto to 4G a 100 times; restarted my phone 500 times. Do you want me to do anything else? @airtelindia
@airtelindia; I activated intnl pack for 10 days. It’s been 4 days and I don’t have data services. I’m returning in 2 days and don’t need the service anymore. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE PACK. Bunch of jokers in your call centres. 31-4821823504439.
