I don’t think fans realise Goalkeeper is the most important position on a football pitch.
He probably saved us around 15-20 points last season? He does half that in the Prem and he’ll be worth the £20m(up front) we’ll have to pay for him
Brighton have rejected an offer from Coventry City for goalkeeper Carl Rushworth.
The bid does not meet Brighton’s valuation of the 24-year-old.
The goalkeeper has a year left on his contract, with Brighton holding an option for a further year. But he has made it clear he will sign another deal and will only stay if the current status quo with Bart Verbruggen as No 1 and Jason Steele as No 2 changes.

@RobPUSB@Coventry_City I felt the same way, but since they are basically just taking tickets off supporters clubs and putting them into the ballot, I’m okay with that.
📰 Kieran McKenna will step down as Ipswich Town Manager after five seasons at the club.
Kieran has made the decision to step away from football management and dedicate time to his family, having been at the forefront of one of the most successful eras in the club’s history.
If anyone thinks Hull will finish bottom of the premier league next season clearly don’t know who their owner is, they are about to build a Turkish league super team + sign big names and have a very good chance of survival #hcafc
Cant say Rushworth until it’s on the dotted line.
But as for the rest, we will 100% ‘try’ and start the season with van Ewijk, Thomas, Grimes and Rudoni on the pitch.
Onyeka, EMC and Haji there are question marks.
Tats, Dasilva, Torp, Kitching … bench at best…
🚨 QUESTION: Who from our current squad (including loans) are Premier League worthy? Personally myself I believe Grimes & Rushworth are the only two who are barely capable of playing in the Premier League. You might disagree. What about you? #PUSB
Any Hull City fans pissed off with any bookings, train tickets, etc. should NOT be blaming Middlesbrough or the EFL.
Southampton are the only ones to blame here, especially Tonda Eckert. What a knob. Should get the sack if Southampton are kicked out.
@olliejustwanks I’ll be fair, if they had either of Haji or Simms up front for them they’d be second. Their strikers are fucking hog wash. The chances they’ve missed over the season are criminal 🤣
@RustyRL@tagz96CCFC Shame your manger doesn’t have 2 brain cells to bang together and figure that out then because if it wasn’t for your goalkeeper it would have been game over at halftime
@olliejustwanks It is bollocks. Just more clickbait shite from them lot. I’d trust a bloke with dementia for cov news before i trust anything they put out
@Rhigallimore Going from near relegation to play offs. Think when he got sacked we were 2 points off relegation in Nov and we looked bad. Ended up finishing 5th. Obvs not the same as Hull, but no reason Stoke couldn’t have done it
Are Ipswich fans aware finishing 2nd, 11 points behind the champions, is not a major trophy? They’re celebrating it like they’ve just won the prem🤣🤣 #pusb#itfc …
