@AJNIntel@EricSpracklen The issue is - nobody needs to sell. The previous sector of the market - the move-up section is dead. Starter homes at sub 4 interest rates are now forever homes - at least until those folks inherit a bigger home as their boomer parents die off.
@demewill79@JakeSherman@bresreports@sama I agree. Why are these companies not offering up dividends or some form of restitution for the environmental impact and noise pollution? A dividend like the Alaskan pipeline would change a lot of folks minds I think.
@JakeSherman@sama I have no problem investing in AI if it's truly critical infrastructure but lets set up a public/private trust for the locals impacted and issue dividends like the oil pipeline in Alaska.
@fimoculous She seems content to ooze through life, a gigantic pile of parasitic goo - slowly usurping new ideological positions as needed leaving only a trail of slime and the empty husks of former hosts
@BarakRavid lol he’s finally realized he’s losing control of the GOP to the Fuentes/carlson crowd. Of course the old bastard is a day late and a dollar short.
This is the statement of an utter coward. Filled with hate, unwilling to stand behind his words and unwilling to even fire a “comms team member” he’s trying to scapegoat.
Earlier today while working on the farm, my phone began going crazy because of a post made by a member of my comms team.
The post was stupid, hurtful and a complete distraction from my America First focus. The employee has been reprimanded.
@Jmur31462@PatGarofalo That aside - if your asking residents to make sacrifices to provide critical infrastructure perhaps directly compensating is a viable solution to get buyin
@Jmur31462@PatGarofalo The benefits of "affordable housing" are easier to sell to the general public than what the AI industry is trying to sell. If AI/Compute is critical infra why isnt the state investing & then issue dividends to residents near data centers like the Oil Pipeline in Alaska did?
@DeRushaJ Its always great when a candidate evades questions (politician behavior) while trying to position themselves as an alternative to politicians. It's especially great when they lose their temper doing it. Not a disqualification but he definitely needs some comms training.
