@SouthwestAir why the hell does the 9/11 fee I paid cash for on a flight booked with points- when cancelled- the value expire after 6 months. This is the third strike. I forgave the bag fees, I forgave the other shitty policies. Now you are losing a customer over $22.40. Stupid.
