Captain Phil Harrell has been traded from the St. Louis Jr. Blues to the Great Falls Americans. "The Seckman Valley is now and will always be home & I will always be a Jaguar, but I am looking forward to branching out and the new adventures that Montana will bring." Phil said.
This marks officially half of my life with the CFD. I have done some things I am proud of, seen some things I would rather forget & met a lot of amazing people along the way. I still have some more left to do before I walk away so I am looking forward to what comes next.

Let’s get this going. Support our front line medical personnel and the businesses that have supported first responders, youth athletic teams, civic groups, sewing circles.... you name it they have been there. Make sure they are here when this is over. #OnThisTogether
We want to issue a challenge to all FDs in the area. It is time to step up and support all of the cops, dispatchers, nurses, doctors and food workers that support us. Use the #dinner4stlheroes#cityofclaytonfd#alwaysready

I am proud of Marsha & Richard Harrell. After being placed under house arrest by their son(he’s a real jerk) they found a way to help and arranged a donation from St. John's Lutheran, to @RockMedics of needed supplies. Their commitment to the community has always been inspiring.
I thought I would throw it back to St Louis County for my COVID Curbside pick of the day. John P Fields is a huge supporter of emergency services including the CFD. Head to the Webster or Clayton location for great food and show love to a @StLouisBlues alumni. #dinelocal
Trying to keep a little perspective. Remember mental health is just as important as physical health. Try to schedule a “rest day” and unplug for a while. Also I do see the irony in using social media to tell people to limit social media.
my COVID curbside pick of the day. Remember Iron Barley from the food network they have moved their operations to High Ridge. They are a great family that deserves a fighting chance. Be sure to order more than you need & add leftovers to your emergency food surplus. #dinelocal
