@mattvanswol Remember that their voltage and frequency is different in the UK vs. the US. I believe they are on 230 V, 50 Hz. Don’t buy a window unit at Walmart and ship that over as they’re 110/60 stateside.

@DellCares Hi, my XPS 9710 decided to not turn on this morning. I have done an RTC reset and disconnected the Lion battery to clear any static buildup while holding power for about 60 seconds. Does this model also have a cmos battery that requires motherboard removal for access?

@Moto_Support I don't care if OS version isn't updated, as long as we still get security updates. In other words, I don't mind if I'm still running Android 10 when Android 12 is out, as long as I'm still getting the semi-monthly (would prefer monthly, though) security updates.

@Moto_Support I just want to petition for an extra year of security updates to your phones. We have six Motorola phones, including two Moto Z4s, and have bought Motorola phones exclusively since 2014. We do not like the current policy of just 2 yrs.
