This is a huge day for @X.
My documentary, Cancer: A Food-Borne Illness, is finally here.
It is only on this platform that I am able to release a film that challenges big food conglomerates and mainstream health claims without fear of censorship.
Here is the story of how I, an 18 year old girl, spent 2 years relentlessly searching for the for the true cause of cancer.
Here's what I found:
From the field to the boardroom, retired NFL Legend, Mike James is making a play for health, wellness and @LionOrder__ by @Romarley . James made a name for himself on the field dominating as a running back with the Miami Hurricanes before taking his talents to the NFL playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well as the Detroit Lions. After sustaining an injury Mike James partnered in Cannabis for medical reasons and became the first NFL athlete to apply for therapeutic use exemption;
"Cannabis and the health wellness program I created with a team of medical professionals provided significant relief and allowed me to get back to life without the reliance on opioids. In 2018 I was the first athlete in NFL league history to apply for therapeutic use exemption."
Since retiring Mike James has focused on developing policy and furthering cannabis education. James joined the NFL steering committee in an effort to help foster the cannabis conversation as well as make real tangible gains for players' mental health and well-being.

The Endocannabinoid System: A Game Changer for Recovery in Athletes
We developed an endocannabinoid system (ECS) to maintain internal balance or homeostasis. Endocannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system play a vital role in neuronal development, inflammation, brain plasticity, energy balance, appetite regulation, motility, regulation of stress hormones, learning and memory.
Many scientists, including Raphael Mechoulam, have discussed the role of the ECS in treating pain. Fatigue manifests as pain, inflammation, loss of functional mobility, weakness, decreased force generation, and reduced concentration. These are directly linked to the activity of the ECS and its CB1 and CB2 receptors. During strenuous exercise, the body activates the ECS to release endocannabinoids to increase endurance.
Looking forward, the ECS holds a bright future as a target site for healing modalities aimed at promoting recovery in athletes. When fully harnessed, the ECS and its receptors can also serve as a point of treatment for several disease conditions, including cancers, neurodegenerative diseases, digestive disorders, mental disorders and more.

@DhallaRahim I believe divvy CBD 75 is marketed as a CBD product but it’s more like a 8:1. Therefore this shouldn’t be recommended to new users bc of the THC content. Based on their age I’d say 0 without consulting a doctor first.

While cannabis has been widely recognized as a potential analgesic agent, the science behind its pain-relieving activity is not fully understood. This may be partly because cannabinoids simultaneously interact with more than one receptor at a time, and monitoring the activity of these receptors is almost impossible for now.
As we keep exploring the world of cannabis medicine, scientists have identified that cannabinoids possess several health potentials by interacting with receptors in the body.

In the latest CBA, the NBA and the NBPA have agreed to a green inclusive future for professional basketball athletes. In the latest proposal, the National Basketball Association will not penalize players for cannabis consumption in the new seven-year collective bargaining agreement, removing it entirely from the anti-drug testing program.
The first domino fell in 2020 when the National Basketball Association opted to pass on Cannabis testing during the season. With many retired and active athletes cultivating meaningful brands as well as advocating for natural plant-based modalities, the NBA has taken a huge step forward which will hopefully spark a ripple effect amongst other professional sports leagues.

Retired NFL and CFL legend, best-selling author and thought leader Delvin “ @Breauxshow24 ” Breaux Sr. is changing the coverage and making a play for cannabis.
Early in his football-career, during a kickoff return, Delvin sustained what medical professionals would consider a career-ending injury, fracturing his C4, C5, and C6 Vertebrae. Despite the setback, Delvin Breaux Sr. would not be denied a professional football career. With a relentless work ethic and ferocious appetite to succeed, Delvin ultimately made his dream a reality in 2013 when he was drafted to the CFL by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Shortly after, he took his talents to the NFL to play for the New Orleans Saints. In his first game with the New Orleans Saints, Delvin suffered a fractured Fibula which sidelined him for 6 games and in an unfortunate turn of events in 2017 endured the same injury again. Despite the constant hurdles, Delvin Breaux Sr. persevered against all odds, heading back to Canada to dominate the CFL with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the BC Lions, becoming the league's highest-paid cornerback before retiring in 2022.
Today, Delvin Breaux Sr. is using his platform to share his journey with mental health, wellness and the pivotal role cannabis played in his career. He’s also a best-selling author, releasing “Un-Breaux-Ken” a book he’s written to inspire others to push forward regardless of any obstacles placed in front of them.
"Once I found cannabis in 2018 I fell in love with the plant and continued to use it throughout my entire CFL career. It allowed me to feel amazing, sleep well and feel refreshed in the mornings. Prior to partnering in the plant, I suffered from constant pain because of my neck and leg injuries as well as the pains and aches from playing football for my entire life.” Adding “It was simple, I felt great, my body felt amazing and it gave me the confidence to go out there and make plays and fly around like I had at the start of my career before the injuries.”
