New year, new outlooks…
Last year was a roller coaster health journey. Didn’t stick to a strict routine and focused on moving, healthy eating regularly, & reducing injury. Have always stayed pretty active, yet a big obstacle has always been diet and pushing myself too hard.
With a mix of various workouts and focusing on a more healthy (not perfect) way of eating, I dropped 65lbs down to 170lbs and turned “fluffy” muscle into more lean muscle.
Now that holiday season has ended, and 10 of those LBS were added back 🫃,it’s time to get back to it.
No defined workout routine again for now. Going to repeat last year and keep moving, working out, eating healthier(not always healthy), listening to my body, & rest when needed.
2026 is starting slow, as I currently have bursitis in my elbow, starting the year more focused on cardio/stretch movement, rest & repair

Jan 1st, 2025 Day 1: 💯 pushups, 1 min plank
After 500 days straight of at least 💯 pushups a day & 1 min plank, mixed with various cardio & strength training routines, I took a break starting around the holiday season, to rest my bones and enjoy some holiday grub w/fam & friends…
Break time is over and time to get back at it. No current goal or routine at the moment, but no better way to start, than to pick up where we left off 💪
