As I build AI systems, the more I think we've been mixing together things that should be separate.
Agent = owns a role.
Skill = knows how to perform a craft.
Engine = runs a production workflow.
Playbook = defines the repeatable operating procedure.

@MrBeast You are constantly innovating. Thats what counts in the entertainment world. If there is any advice I could give, take a leaf out of Jeremy Clarksons book and have fun while doing it.
The thing I’ve noticed:
For me, ChatGPT isn’t just “AI”, it’s emotionally aware AI. It reacts to frustration, doubt, excitement in a way that feels human-adjacent.
Gemini, on the other hand, feels purely transactional. Great model, but zero “emotional UX"
That gap = opportunity.
Founders drown when they try to solve everything simultaneously. The real leverage move? Solve the right sequence in the right order.

Your systems are telling you a story: if they require your energy to survive, they’re not systems — they’re habits disguised as progress.

A great strategy isn’t loud. It feels boring, logical… annoyingly obvious. If it doesn’t feel like cheating, you’re not there yet.

Sam Altman just launched Atlas — OpenAI’s move into the browser.
This isn’t just a new interface. It’s AI learning how we move through the web — from Canva to PDFs to work tools.
Prediction: legacy email will shift fully web-based to keep up with AI-native browsing.
