“You’re either gay or you’re Hitler. Isn’t that where we’re at as a country? [Holds for laughs] That’s the monologue, ladies and gentlemen! That’s what it’s all about!”
Fuck this guy. Truly. Such a hack. #SNL
The recently launched @bingersapp (from the original TV Time developers) is far superior to Serializd.
You should all join me over there. I’ll be logging my rewatches whenever I start a series over from Season 1, Episode 1. https://t.co/8Gp1ONcrt6

Calvin’s animosity toward the Johnsons is back at pilot levels, which makes me wonder if this was originally Episode 2 or 3 and CBS shuffled the airing order.
#TheNeighborhood 1x01 (Rewatch)
One of the last great multi-camera sitcom pilots. The cast gelled immediately. Chemistry for days. Perhaps the series’ biggest flaw was sanding down Calvin Butler’s rough edges. The tension between the Butlers and Johnsons was what made this pilot sing.
#TheNeighborhood 1x03 (Rewatch)
The trust fall scene is great, especially Calvin’s point about how trust doesn’t come as easily to him as it does to Dave. Making Dave’s pursuit of Calvin’s approval and friendship an expression of his own insecurities gives their dynamic more depth.
One day, we're all going to have a serious discussion about the Saved by the Bell revival being one of the smartest comedies of the 2020s.
And also, easily the best Saved by the Bell.
Never forget when the great, too short-lived Saved by the Bell reboot series acknowledged the bizarreness of the switch from Good Morning, Miss Bliss to Saved by the Bell.
@communiess It’s not an easy watch, but it’s a very satisfying, closed-ended story of generation trauma, with terrific performances by Mark Ruffalo and Lili Reinhart. I highly recommend it.
