Just a little fan illustration of Marc-André Fleury from the @mnwild for his last @NHL season. I’m so glad the season has started! I’m watching a ridiculous amount of hockey while I’m working and I couldn’t help myself, I had to draw something about my favourite sport.
Two page spread about a couple of alums that are using technology to push artistic boundaries for @BUArts CFA Magazine. Lee asked me to create a fantasy setting that relates to the creations made by these two. It was a dream job for sure!
Some cute little owl spots for @RiceUniversity . One of my favourite jobs to get is simply drawing cute characters to decorate a spread or in this case for a holiday card and various applications. This was lots of fun to work on!
This one was fun, just draw the Grateful Dead bears playing football. For @billboard , for a story on how Fox Sports’ resident deadheads brought jam bands to big games.
First post of the new year! Back to work after a much needed break with the kids. Here’s some recent work for @HarvardBiz for a story on how leaders will need to find ways to conceptualize and navigate a new world in which we now live and work alongside AI.
Another one for Philip Gulley’s column in @IndyMonthly where he examines all the people he has met. I think I’ve been illustrating Phil’s column for over a decade now, we still haven’t met.
I teamed up with my friend @ryansnook
on an illustration of @nuggets Jokic and Murray.
I love how it came together and we're looking forward to working together on more. What team/player should be next?
One of the things I was most excited to do when I was waiting to move to Hamilton was to go to a @Ticats game. Now I live walking distance from the field and have been to a game. I loved it! So between client work I drew this cute version of the team logo.
Killed cover and spread. About the 4 economic monsters to face and overcome this upcoming year. The idea was to do sonneting light and fun, the client decided at the end something more serious was needed for their older demographic. I'm still very proud of these so here they are.
Has TikTok killed the music video star? Quick one for @billboard about the rise of short clips and the death of music videos. We took the classic MTV spaceman on the moon image and updated it. AD: Chris Elsemore 😎
