Just want to warn people away from Google's Pixel Pass. I got Pixel Pass with the Pixel 6 Pro. I dropped my phone in mid-November and used their "preferred care." They sent a broken replacement. Still no working phone 1/31/23. Support won't do anything to help. Feels bad. @Google
