Wasn't Texas just pointing the finger at one of their former conference mates for "skirting the eligibility rules" by trying to get an injunction?

Just like they were blaming that same school for "buying a team" when Texas's roster costs significantly more than the school they were accusing? (It's been reported that Texas spent more than anyone else in the country in "buying a team").
