I’m new to my EV, as I was traveling back from work I needed to charge so why not use this “amazing” app. What a mistake! I went to 4 different chargers 2 of which had there leads cut 2 other that where at business locations not for the public

@OctopusElectro ended up at a site with 2% charge all because your app couldn’t even suggest that the locations can’t be used. This is ridiculous £180 recovery for the app not doing its main purpose !
