@AppleSupport Hello, my Apple Account was deactivated after almost 15 years. No warning and no explanation. All appeals have been denied. I’ve gone through chat, phone, escalations, & Apple Support, but every path leads to the same answer: erase all devices, lose subscriptions, and start over.

@AppleSupport @Apple Apple knows the customer journey. They could have reached out, anticipated the impact, or guided me. Instead, silence. Subscriptions stopped. Family messaging broken. Years of files at risk.

After many years cruising with @RoyalCaribbean it’s unfortunate and extremely disappointing when you find out how much service of other adult guests is prioritized over the safety of children.
