@IanPanchevre@KyleSamani@semil Think about a 3 point demon coming in young and becoming a superstar. With a whole generation idolizing Steph we’re seeing the 3 more and more… Someone is bound to come in with a high usage and a long career and be able to get near.
@robably__ Not a freelancer, but as an agency owner, another angle to this is the payoff. Generally companies or customers that fill out website forms are more serious and conversion is better, also usually a larger project. LinkedIn or web chat etc rarely converts at the same scale.
@EannaKelly1 We deal with this on a daily, and it’s a great exercise to list out the intro line of 5-10 competitors and ask our client point out who’s who.
Not exactly an ah-ha moment, but it definitely opens the discussion to brevity and clarity in comms.
