How you speak has more impact on your listeners than what you say. People will listen to the wrong things said well over the right things said wrongly. So, compose yourself when speaking. Don't talk until you are ready to modulate your voice and articulate your words. In terms of speech, accuracy is better than speed. Be in control of the tone of your voice and the tempo of your words. Think of a leader you respect. Then, imitate them when you speak. When you speak well, you are more likely to get to the peak. Therefore, speak to pick your peak.
