🚨 Morocco 🇲🇦 Sports Minister, Mohammad Saad Berrad, said Morocco is at the World Cup to represent Morocco, not Africa. In his words, the national team competes to represent Morocco first, not Africa as a whole.

Berrad argued that every country has a responsibility to defend its own national interests, honor, and identity whenever it takes part in international competitions.

He also said Morocco does not need Africa's support.

This same thing happened in 2022, after they reached the World Cup semi final, they said they represent Arabs and their victory belongs to Arabs.

Later, they started crying and explaining that they never said so, they are proud Africans. This year, they are doing the same thing again.
