@TheDellowYeli @turnerrAbigail @blackvancouver_ so that’s basically where it ends. the incident destroys your family’s trust in public institutions, and maybe even their relationships with each other. when bystander video of your arrest surfaces, strangers on the internet point out how ill behaved you were. what a way to go.

@TheDellowYeli @turnerrAbigail @blackvancouver_ your family tries for years to figure out exactly what happened. the official line from the police is that you were resisting arrest. an IIO investigation, which takes forever to start and longer to finish, is inconclusive. the police union shelters the officers involved.
