@dunkindonuts just placed a mobile order at my local dunkin on 500 Groton rd Westford MA. The mobile order went through but when I got to the location they said they were closed and weren’t making orders. Can you help?

@British_Airways Thank you for your response. Finally landed in London after 6 hrs of delays and now we can’t approach our gate because a different plane is having engine trouble and it can’t move out of the way…more waiting. If you could please direct me to a refund phone # that would be great!

@Starbucks just ordered at 283 Longwood Ave in Boston, MA and had a bad experience. I mobile ordered 2 coffees and 1 sandwich. They made one of my coffees wrong twice and looking around wrong coffees looked like a common theme for many others waiting for their mobile orders.
