Purchased a @BlueStarLtd ac from @cromaretail kadugodi as a replacement for a faulty croma branded ac. One week has passed since delivery but still the ac is not installed @BlueStarCare

@cromaretail@cromaretail so here’s an update. I purchased a blue star ac. I paid the difference amount, but the ac is still not installed. The reason for this is because i have not agreed to pay installation charges again. I aleady paid installation charges for the croma ac.
@cromaretail@cromaretail there are even uninstallation charges for the existing faulty croma ac which have to be paid. Ideally as a consumer i only wanted 1 ac for which i will pay installation charges only once. Uninstallation is not even a question.
@cromaretail@cromaretail If the case is eacalated and if its high priority yet no one has contacted me. What is your framework and defination of high priority? Not even speak to the customer for more than 2 weeks? #CustomerServiceFail#ridiculous
A compliant has been registered since the day of AC installation but this no one calls or visits. I’ve made multiple visits to @cromaretail and they always assure me that someone will come to check the problem but no one shows up. Also, the complaint keeps getting closed.
Never buy a Croma AC from @cromaretail. Sub-standard product which is faulty and the service is terrible. Purchased an AC 2 weeks ago. The remote has no display. The AC also has cooling issues. Plus there is a smell when you switch it on.

@NoBrokerCare Fix your app @NoBrokerCare and dont show wrong information to users. You cannot show 2 different amounts. Lower amount on banner and higher amount on the payment page. We’re not fools.
