The #DoaneTF women might have known they had a big #GPACTF mountain to climb, but that didn't mean they were going to sit around in their tents at base camp. Second place was by no means assured when the meet began; it was going to take some transcendent efforts. And that's just what we saw. The Tiger ladies are not at the summit yet, perhaps, but they took some big steps up the trail in Yankton. By the end of the meet, they had forged an entirely new team identity.
And so, the journey continues! It's a trip I'll always pack my bags for!

There is no magic formula to becoming an All-American. But here is my observation of how you can get to the podium
Consistent attention to detail
Doing the "little things" right on and off the track
Commitment to showing up and doing the work — day after day, month after month
