Laken Riley's stepdad just read one of her last journal entries before the court, a letter to her future husband in which she prays for a "faithful Christian life" and to raise a family of "God fearing Christians."
There has been a war on Christianity since the first communion. Though we may be discouraged in our current struggles, always remember that Christ taught us to love those that oppose us:
“But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven”
On the day that we formally celebrate Christ’s resurrection, let’s make peace in our hearts to those that seek to diminish our faith. Our victory won’t be earned on this earth, but in the salvation that was gained on the cross.
Happy Easter to all, especially those who feel they are not seen by man or by God. You are made in His image, and you are seen.
My hot take is that Joey is still picking Daisy and everyone on Twitter is falling for the classic #TheBachelor editing tactic of making us think the winner didn’t actually win. Guess we’ll see if I’m right here soon 😬

Laken Riley, a nursing student, was brutally murdered on the University of Georgia campus. The suspect in custody is a 26-year-old illegal from Venezuela, Jose Antionio Ibarra. Athens-Clark County is a sanctuary city. Every crime committed by an illegal alien is an avoidable crime. Had immigration law been enforced, sweet Laken would still be alive.
