One year. 365 Days. It's been the hardest year of my life. Time doesn't heal all wounds. It feels as if this one is still completely fresh. I miss her. I need her. Thank you to those who have remembered how hard this week is for our family. Your support means so much to us. 💔😢
"I know you feel broken, so I won't tell you to have a wonderful day. Instead I whisper these words to you 'just hold on'. As the darkest days of grief start to get less, the sun will rise again for you." - Zoe Clark-Coates

It's easy to feel pressured to be overly productive right now. Just because the world is different right now, doesn't mean you have a magical surge of energy.
Connection is always the "right" thing to offer to someone is hurting. Although you cannot take the pain away from a grieving friend, you can sit with them in their pain, and that makes all of the difference.

Grief doesn't go away with time. It isn't that easy. It takes support, work, attention and time. If someone you know is grieving, recognize that everything in their world is changing. Be gentle as they figure out the new world they are entering.

6 months. Half a year. 184 days. That's how long it's been since my life was flipped upside down. I'm convinced that time does not heal all things. It seems like I miss her more and more each day.
My heart is broken. I love you and I miss you, Isabella.
