Earlier this week, Exley hosted a Co-Teach Model panel Q and A for classroom and in-class support teachers to participate in. Successful partnerships from this past year answered questions about communication, data, and expectations for other teachers to learn from. #Exleytweets
What a weekend! Got to see my favorite team. Not the outcome I wanted for both games in person but I’ll try again next week. #Exleysummer25#exleytweets
Ever get a resource you just can’t wait to use?!?! This morning we had assigned jobs to problem solve locating numbers on an open number line. This afternoon swapped over to peer editing! All using vertical whiteboards. Kids loved it and the collaboration was outstanding!
What an awesome last day before break! Ms. Scherer was our trivia winner for Polar Express. We had a great house rally with reindeer games, singing, a gift for Ms. Rossy, and pie in the face for our fundraiser with Ms. Farrar, Ms. Frederick, Ms. Gardner, and Mr. Dold.
We experimented to see if we could grow a grinch heart. S’s discussed the properties of blood. We agreed that’s not what the had in his body so we used baking soda. And he eats garbage so we used nasty smelling vinegar. Put it together and? Chemical changing growing heart!
The cognitive engagement displayed by @ryley_99 students during structured literacy was great! They enjoyed getting to manipulate words using their blending boards! Great job! @exleyexpress#exleytweets
Hey der, folks. This year I’m votin’ for Carmala instead of Donald Truck. My bestest bud Lightning McQueen says ladies like Miss Sally can’t get the repairs they need right now and that ain’t right. I sure don’t believe in errything Carmala runs on. But I believe in my friends.
