i’ve spent years emailing support, calling, trying every recovery option, and even attempting to memorialize the account. eventually, the account disappeared, and with it went 10+ years of memories.

after her account became inactive, i tried to log in to preserve everything, but it’s protected by two factor. the verification code is being sent to her old phone number, and whoever now owns that number refuses to share the code. because of that, i can’t access the account.
