Women are out here sharing live locations, checking the backseats of cars, and holding their hands over their drinks. Men are doing 3 hour podcasts about how unfair it is that we don't smile at them. The disconnect is fatal.
It truly confuses me that men argue women shouldn’t be in positions of power because they’re “too emotional” or “ruled by hormones,” yet when it comes to rape cases, one of the first defenses is, “look at what she was wearing, how could he control himself?”
So which is it? Are women too emotional to lead, or are men too incapable of self-control to be held accountable?
