@Delta Which confirmation do you want?! The first or the second or third you have giving?!?

[Rylie Sproul @ryliesproul]

@Delta you keep cancelling flights out of Reno. 2nd time to be cancelled on in 4 hours. I need home. I’m watching flights take off and you’re telling me it isn’t possible to fly a plane. My friends on @SouthwestAir and @AmericanAir got home just fine. NOT @Delta.

[Rylie Sproul @ryliesproul]

@AmericanAir you better get #fingerscossed again. We have a boarding pass for 30 min and now the flight is delayed. #theneverendingday

[Rylie Sproul @ryliesproul]

@AmericanAir I guess that's our only option, isn't it. The only industry where you can continuously disappoint and still have customers.

[Rylie Sproul @ryliesproul]

@AmericanAir 1386 on standby for the second time. If you would have fixed your problem at 845 this morning we wouldn't have a problem.

[Rylie Sproul @ryliesproul]

@AmericanAir still trying to get to our destination 12 hours after we started. Weather is understandable. Unprepared equipment is not.

[Rylie Sproul @ryliesproul]

@AmericanAir it sure was frustrating watching @Delta and @SouthwestAir take off all morning. #neverontime #aa #americanairlines

[Rylie Sproul @ryliesproul]

@AmericanAir you are terrible! We sat on a plane for 5hrs because you dont have the ability to have working equipment to de-ice the plane...
