We (PBEL CITY) OWNERS ASSOCIATION have been following up BJMC from last one year, even after budget approved and multiple times followed up roads are not laid.
10K+ residents along with neighbor societies are suffering.

@SwiggyCares You've cancelled the order coz you said you won't be able to deliver it. After making me wait for 1.5 hours. What will you do with the order id now? Do you mind explaining why order was batched when I didn't select that option and paid for my delivery!? Let's be transparent.

@Capt_VickyVH @Swiggy delivery guy collected my food and had to wait for an hour to get the other order cancelled. And after 1.5 hours, they tell me there's so much rain, you'll have to keep waiting. Thanks Swiggy for making me go to bed empty stomach! You literally suck in your services. Uninstalled!

@Capt_VickyVH @Swiggy Same thing happened with me just now. Although I didn't select order batching, swiggy secretly batches order in the backend and did so for my order. I'm a swiggy one customer and still paid delivery charges for the distance. The other batched order was out of stock.

It now takes minimum 15 mins whereas earlier it used to take less than 5. Also the road is narrow compared to other roads at Wipro Circle which doesn't help either. Please act on this one. It's very difficult for everyday commuters with the reduced signal time.

@CYBTRAFFIC Looks like Wipro Circle signal from Nanakramguda side duration had been reduced too low that now we have to wait at least 3 turns everyday to get to the other side. This is the case everyday since last week or so. Please check and do the needful.

Been a month of following up! Pathetic service and customer support! No way of escalating the issue, and to even get a call back you need 48 hours! I see a lot of people facing these issues recently with @WakefitCo!

@WakefitCo I initially loved the way you provided after sales support. However, my recent experience has been bitter. Been 2 months since I placed an order. Was supposed to be delivered last month, now every time I follow up you ask for another 48 hrs for resolution.
