A 24-year-old woman was being sexually assaulted by a 31-year-old man in broad daylight this afternoon in Chicago’s Loop.

The suspect then got into a fight with a 25-year-old man.

A 36-year-old woman nearby saw the commotion, pulled out a knife, and stabbed the suspect in the eye and the 25-year-old man in the wrist.

The woman and both men were taken to a hospital. The sexual assault victim refused medical attention.

Police are investigating the incident.
