@MiyuSuzukiX Bro could've had it all but instead he wanted to see her panties while she made a disgusted face at him, right then and there!
That's literally what this show is about ya'll.
@supernintendist 1000% fam! Besides a few great indies I'm looking forward to playing later this year (Mina, Hollow Knight), I would love to play a great AA or AAA action game!
@VoxelPrismatic@AnAverageGamerX Same-ish (my folks are on 5 mbps).
While it's nowhere near the highest data transfer speeds can go with high-speed internet, everyone has a consistent rate of installation, indiscriminate of what their income and lifestyle can afford for an internet plan.
@VoxelPrismatic@AnAverageGamerX Although minor, internet speeds vary greatly, which leads to varying experiences for how long you need to wait to play; selling a great product often requires consistent quality and experiences.
@DJK1NG_Gaming We can watch TV shows too, with several subscriptions that decide to shoehorn ads after saying they wouldn't.
We take a lot for granted about the freedom and independence playing videogames has given us so far and I think he just doesn't want to see that degrade in any way.
@Phil1UpCollects@DoesItPlay1@Chris_TV_Live Still a necessary compromise to storage management of course, and as @Donkeykang96 noted, not every PS5 disc has all the necessary data on it.
But I think the core of physical media is having independent access to what you've paid for, which full-data PS5 discs qualify for!
@YachtClubGames Not scared at all! I eagerly await a Switch 2 cartridge but I'll wait as long as necessary for a good build of the game to be put on the cartridge!
@MetroidvaniaG@dorier_n lol I'm the opposite! The last parts of the game I played were all out of order!
I got the true ending first and then looked up a guide to unlock the last two areas that are gated by collectibles! I probably beat the superboss a bit early too.
@_TheMaverickk@spookysquidd@MetroidDatabase Oh I agree! But if there has to be a compromise for the sake of a game's performance, then I'd want a medium where I still independently own and access the game I bought.
@spookysquidd@_TheMaverickk@MetroidDatabase But in the case of PS5 you usually have independent access to your game; still not great but you don't have to depend on someone else to get what you bought.
@GameReviewGuy@PhysicReleases Indiana Jones and The Great Circle. Unpatched it's known for crashing and in my opinion, it's a game that should be played docked, because the visuals in handheld are pretty scuffed imo (jagged edges and high motion blurr).
@DMCauldron@GameReviewGuy@PhysicReleases I can't honestly call it a AAA game; it's AA at best with all of the performance issues and janky designs that went into it...
Still love my baby though.
@KoeiTecmoUS I would likely support a cartridge on Nintendo Switch 2 but digital is unlikely and never a game-key card.
I've previously bought four Atelier (cartridge) games on Nintendo Switch.
Regardless I hope the Atelier series continues as I think it has an unrivaled crafting system!
@PinClock Agreed, because it compromises independent game accessibility and foists storage management/costs onto the consumer.
Wish they'd gone for slow install-based cards instead; I wouldn't even feel the need to buy an sd card as long as I possess the game on my end. Tolerable.
@StellarBlade Give me a cartridge, I'll give you whatever launch price you think is fair. I don't buy game-key cards.โ๏ธ
If the digital version goes for under $20 at some point I might buy it, but my storage is a limited resource because I don't want to delete games to make space ever again!
