The Republic of Balochistan strongly condemns Pakistan’s use of force against the people of PoJK.

The Republic of Balochistan expresses its deepest concern and strongest condemnation of the use of force against peaceful civilians and demonstrators in Gilgit-Baltistan, and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) which resulted slaughter of dozens inocent people and wounded hundreds. Reports of extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, arbitrary detentions, and widespread human rights violations underscore the urgent need for international attention and action.

The Republic of Balochistan firmly believes that lasting peace, stability, and prosperity in South Asia cannot be achieved so long as military occupation, political repression, and the denial of fundamental rights continue. The continued presence of Pakistani military forces in Balochistan, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Pashtunistan remains a major obstacle to regional peace and democratic progress. We therefore call upon the United Nations and the international community to take meaningful steps toward protecting civilian populations, upholding international law, and supporting peaceful and democratic solutions to long-standing conflicts.

The Republic of Balochistan regards Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir as a territory whose future must be determined free from coercion, militarization, and external interference. For decades, Pakistan has attempted to portray itself as a champion of the Kashmiri cause while denying basic political rights and economic opportunities to the very people it claims to represent. The international community must critically examine this contradiction and hold all parties accountable to the principles of human rights, self-determination, and democratic governance.

We call upon India, Afghanistan, and democratic nations across the world to establish a comprehensive diplomatic framework with the legitimate political representatives, human rights defenders, and civil society organizations of the Baloch, Kashmiri, Gilgiti, Pashtun, and Sindhi peoples. Such a framework should focus on regional stability, economic cooperation, human rights protection, and the peaceful resolution of conflicts that have plagued the region for generations. The Republic of Balochistan urges the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations Human Rights Council, and all relevant international institutions to establish independent fact-finding missions and investigative commissions to examine allegations of human rights abuses, enforced disappearances, political repression, and restrictions on civil liberties in Balochistan, Pashtunistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir.

We further call upon the United Nations, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), NATO member states, the African Union, ASEAN countries, and the nations of the Middle East to engage directly with the people of Balochistan and to support their legitimate aspirations for freedom, dignity, self-government, and economic development. Balochistan possesses enormous strategic, economic, and human potential and stands ready to become a bridge connecting South Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and the wider international community.

The people of Balochistan envision a future built upon democracy, international cooperation, free trade, technological innovation, and peaceful relations with all nations. We reject extremism, and state-sponsored violence. Our vision is of a region where every nation and people can determine their future freely, live in peace, and contribute to collective prosperity.

The Republic of Balochistan calls upon governments, parliamentarians, human rights organizations, journalists, academics, and freedom-loving people across the world to stand on the side of justice, human dignity, and fundamental freedoms.

The struggle for peace, liberty, and human rights in Balochistan is not merely a regional issue it is a test of the international community's commitment to the universal principles.
