Chief U.S. District Judge Eric Tostrud ordered the new sentence to run consecutively to the 28-year term already imposed for stealing tens of millions in taxpayer funds meant to feed children. Farah now faces a total of 38 years in federal prison.
Prosecutors said Farah and four co-conspirators researched jury members during the 2024 trial, targeted the juror they believed most likely to be sympathetic, and delivered a bag stuffed with $120,000 in cash.
