The physical here is not on sale. It had a price drop, meaning $29.99 is its new price and not discounted. For physical, usually when the price drops, it stays and never go back up. For digital, they can prolong the original price even if the physical already dropped the price.

That’s why I usually buy physical on my PS4 and PS3 then. I usually check price on psn and compare it on the retail store’s. Usually, it’s the same, but other games come cheaper.
