Only โrelatedโ accident was USAir 427 (rudder hardover) in 1994. You could say AdamAir 574 as well, because KT Air 1732 did report nav issues. Adamair 574 got task fixation on fixing the nav, as well as spatial disorientation and plunged into the ground without realising.
