Stations around me were within 1-4 cents of the $4/gal mark up to yesterday and now seem to have shot so far past that into $4.30 territory.

So @UberEats and @Uber_Support think they are the arbiters of what can and can not be refunded. They have been calling me by my name and somehow a pizza with not my name on it, is a “confirmed fact” that it is my order. Worst support ever and not the first time.
