Look to the healthiest oldest people around the world and see what their diet is and just as importantly, their lifestyle including what else they do or do not do and consume.

Companies shouldn't be using such hard requirements of official education for employment or promotion, especially when the vsst majority of the time it makes no sense.
Universities should be restructured to be EDUCATIONAL institutions instead of the countless other things they do.
They have been massively corrupted.
Politicians will never solve these things. Definitely not the ones or the ways they want to.
A massive societal/social/economic/... change needs to take place.
People complain about BS all the while corrupting things to pander to that BS.
One of many, but significant example, why are universities so involved in sports entertainment?
