No. The Svaralipi (Indian Musical Notation) predates the 4-line notation of Guido by at least 400 years.

I say "at least" because that's the oldest piece of archaelogical evidence of Svaralipi that we have, a 38-line musical record at Kudumiyanmalai, commissioned by Mahendravarman I. But of course, it could be much older.
