6kg to lw… i can do this w uni starting tomorrow and classes being so late for me now… i can skip breakfast lunch and dinner and use mon as my full fast days…
ive been omading and walking upwards of 10km a day when will i shed this fatsuit guys please give me hope maybe i should have walked home instead of catching the train
i dont even count cals anymore and i’ll have a huge dinner then all of a sudden next day im stressing over if having 23 calories of dried seaweed is too much
went to have lunch and bf’s mum said my bf usually has half the container of soup. so if i didn’t want it i could put the rest in the fridge. i ate it all anyways. im so hungry and i just. am humiliated. i can see my double chin as i’m typing this
