@forestmad80 I like you and I'm backing Glasner but that was not an improvement on previous games for me. We need to click and soon.

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

@NFFC Like Glasner and think it will come good but this is just nonsense. Players have let him down badly today.

@BuyingMyFreedom 😄 Thanks mate although I'd disagree, I'm mainly here for your silver coolness...anyhow, keep doing the do, it is appreciated 👊🏻🙂

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

@BuyingMyFreedom Hoping they'll not regret the lessons in silver and sound money, just maybe their dad's football team. I'm not cool enough for crypto. 😉

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

@BuyingMyFreedom 🤣 hmm, might be a bit late for that however should give them something of their own to regret when they're older...

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

@forestfocuspod @gergmitch @petermblackburn Good 1st half but why are you all wearing black? Guessing it's mourning for Taiwo?

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

@williambroome @henry_hsaa @Forest_Review Bugger, that'll be him out then...🙂👍🏻

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

@arfurdaley88 @FabrizioRomano Omorodion? Just a guess.

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

@totalwormage Absolute legend. 👊🏻🙂👍🏻

#FRAENG if this isnt match fixing, I've no idea what is. Just not a real match this.

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

@stevehill1mil Write the 380 off and leave it, it will either come back in time or it'll go to zero. Not worth worrying about. Treat it as lost and it may surprise you. Holding a few like that, mainly rare earth miners where their drill results disappointed.

#ENGARG So angry. WTAF.

[Simon F @S3m4n71cs]

#ENGARG so predictable

@micheal_ws18 Tuna is currency.

I was just reading about this. To me, it makes matters considerably worse.
The issue is no longer simply whether the original red card was justified. It is whether FIFA has undermined the integrity of the World Cup, and its own authority as the global regulator of football, by appearing either to invent a procedure or, at the very least, to apply its rules in a wholly unprecedented way, against a backdrop of acknowledged political pressure, while refusing to give reasons and seemingly leaving the decision with no meaningful avenue of challenge.

As someone committed to sporting integrity, transparency, fairness and the rule of law in sport, if the reports of what has happened are accurate, I find this deeply troubling.

For years I have represented players and others facing lengthy bans for betting offences where there has been no suggestion whatsoever of match manipulation, because the governing bodies, including FIFA, have consistently argued that preserving confidence in the integrity of the sport requires robust and uncompromising enforcement.

If that is the standard expected of participants, the regulator itself must be held to at least the same standard. If the reports are accurate, this decision, and the consequences for FIFA, could prove to be truly seismic, eclipsing the controversy about the red card itself.
