Today, after arriving in Helsinki from Hamburg, I accidentally left a paper bag containing my wallet, credit cards, and boarding pass on the aircraft.
Although a member of the cabin crew noticed it and kindly informed me, the aircraft had already been moved, and I had no idea where to go or whom to ask for help. I was completely lost.
At that moment, the captain of Finnair flight AY1305 to Amsterdam (scheduled departure 16:40) stopped to help me, even though he was preparing for his own flight.
He kindly said:
“I have to leave now, but don’t worry. Everything will be okay.”
He then contacted the relevant departments and helped initiate the search for my bag.
Many others also assisted me, including Finnair staff, cabin crew, cleaning personnel, and airport employees.
Thanks to their efforts, my paper bag was found safely, and I was reunited with my wallet and other important belongings.
I do not know the names of all the people who helped me, but I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the captain of Finnair flight AY1305 and everyone involved.
In a foreign country and a large international airport, their kindness, professionalism, and reassurance meant more to me than words can express.
I will never forget this experience.
Thank you very much. ✈️🇫🇮🇯🇵

@26ers_bp115 To everyone around the world: The woman in this video is definitely not a Japanese geisha. There is no geisha more vulgar than this. While courtesan culture once existed, this is completely different. Please be careful not to misunderstand this when you visit Japan.
