“My Shuffle account was closed yesterday. They suspended it, and they also didn’t give me my money—there was $197 in the account. They told me not to contact chat support and said I should communicate through email instead.
So I emailed them, but it’s been 24 hours and I haven’t received any reply. I don’t even understand what mistake I made. The only thing I can think of is that I created the account using PP’s code. If that’s the issue, then okay, I understand.
But if you don’t want to have people like me on your platform, then at least close the account after paying me my money. You closed my account and kept my money too. How is that fair?”

From today, I’m going to stop playing Stake because when I used to play on my own ID, I didn’t suffer this much loss. If you create an ID under PP’s code, you’re bound to face losses.

I created a Shuffle ID, and Shuffle scammed me out of $200. Then I created a Stake ID under PP’s code, and I ended up losing $500–$600 on it.

I’m not going to get anything out of this. I’m only going to keep losing money by playing. I’m going to close my own ID and I won’t play on Stake anymore. I’m done playing Stake.

Today, I’ve lost around $400–$500, and I don’t understand what to do or what to think anymore. This ID was created under the PP code.
