We had a win today for cameraman Mat Costello against John Barilaro - for damage to his camera in a confrontation at Manly wharf. The court found that Costello’s evidence was credible and that it was difficult to accept John Barilaro’s account in face of the video that was played to the court. $10.5k for damages to gear. Plus costs.
