We understand how frustrating that experience must have been, especially after spending 2.5 hours trying to get a debit card issue resolved. We’d like to help get this addressed. Could you tell us what issue you were having with the card?

Had a couple issues with Debit Cards yesterday.

@coinbase multiple calls, three seperate reps that could barely speak English.
2.5 hours later nothing resolved.

@Revolut fast reply in-app
5 minutes later problem fixed.

@AerdripAhoy Thanks for flagging this. If MetaMask isn’t showing as an option under Connect, you won’t be able to verify that external wallet through the current flow. Are you seeing this specifically on Base Verify, so we can point you to the correct connection method? Please send a dm

We don’t have a confirmed date for when $ZBCN will be available for spot trading on Coinbase. Currently, it’s only supported through the DEX. We’ll share an update once regular trading support is confirmed.

I understand,especially when you have significant funds on the platform—you need the app to load reliable.Since you’ve already updated it and Webull is running smoothly, could you let us know what device version you’re using so we can narrow down what’s causing the app to freeze

I can understand why you’d be concerned if 600 ZEC is missing. Can you share the transaction hash and confirm whether the ZEC was sent to your Coinbase account or was already in your Coinbase balance? That’ll help pinpoint what happened.

That would definitely make spending from crypto more flexible. You’d like to choose BTC or LTC as the funding asset, with Coinbase converting the required amount to USDC at the point of sale—would that be the feature you’re requesting?
