@PhonePe@HDFCERGOGIC@MoHFW_INDIA I purchased HDFC ERGO Arogya Sanjeevani health insurance for my mother via PhonePe and have renewed it continuously for the last 2 years.
This year, I attempted renewal 7–8 days before expiry, but it was repeatedly rejected with only a “Technical issue” message. No valid reason provided.
PhonePe support only schedules calls, but till date no call has been received from HDFC ERGO. My policy is also not traceable on HDFC ERGO’s portal, and I only have a policy certificate via email—no proper policy document.
This is causing serious stress and appears to be deficiency in service and failure by an insurance intermediary. Request urgent resolution and clarification.
Policy was renewed continuously with no break. Renewal rejection without explanation and no customer support response is unacceptable. Kindly intervene urgently.
