I immediately informed the security staff, but instead of helping locate it, I was simply told, “It’s not here.” If passengers are required to remove their belongings for security, who is responsible when those belongings go missing?

@airindia I paid for specific seats for an upcoming journey, but during web check-in one of the seats was changed without any notification. I am travelling with my spouse and an infant, and it is important that our family is seated together.
@airindia I want all the three seats together. Whatever you want to do, please make sure whole family is being seated in the same row. Also want the new boarding passes on the email.

Even after receiving the account closure acknowledgement (DAR200626821084), I have still not received any update regarding the DD after 3 days. Very disappointing experience.

Closed my Axis Bank account and the service quality changed immediately. It’s been 3 days since I received the acknowledgement for account closure (DAR200626821084), yet there has been no update regarding the DD/refund process. Multiple follow-ups, no communication. @AxisBank
