my weight went up 8lbs just from eating chick-fil-a last night

my appetite is definitely worse on the meds like i’ve still been overeating at some points but i don’t feel out of control

i’ve been off my meds for 5 days now and the second day i didn’t take them i slept almost 17hrs

i suppose the logical solution is to smoke less and eat better food
